GenAI Knowledge Management System

A web application that uses generative AI to search and answer questions across a company's internal knowledge.

Challenge

Answers were spread across documents, wikis and tools, and finding the right one took longer than doing the work.

What we built

We built the Python and Flask backend: REST APIs, document ingestion and the integration of GenAI models that retrieve the relevant sources and answer in plain language.
