Challenge
The practice already had a booking system, but the admin was slow to search, hard to read and showed little patient history, and patients could not easily see which times were free.
What we built
We redesigned the booking page and the admin panel. Patients now see free slots in green with times and a current-time marker; the team gets patient autosuggest, patient history, faster search and readable appointment cards, while only upcoming reservations are loaded for speed.
Highlights
- Online booking for check-ups and prophylaxis with doctor selection
- Free slots shown clearly in green with a live time marker
- Patient autosuggest, history and faster search for the team
- Admin for doctors, treatments, schedules, holidays and appointments
- German and English interface
